Is there any other way to make these 2 tools sync? I can't really believe NI hasn't implemented a function in both softwares to sync without having to rely on MIDI. I also tried hooking up the 2 programs with an actual MIDI cable but I only got quite an awful TASCAM interface (worst company ever, sorry) and the outcome was even worse. Re-sync via Traktor's Master clock does work but if you got some event on the first beat this can lead into very unpleasant rhythms. No matter what I set as offset, after a few minutes, the sync is gone. It's all fun and games until you realize it's a whole bar off. I want Traktor to be the Master which works perfectly fine for a couple of minutes but then it just "drifts away" the longer the set goes. However, I don't really understand how to properly sync Maschine with Traktor.
I started bringing my Maschine back to life cuz it's quite an expensive yet useful device to play samples on so I could include it in my sets. This is the 17th time we've been making this thread and we got really good at it but maybe this time someone knows a good answer.
